Mrs MatulenieneCover Supervisor
Mrs Matuleniene
I am Mrs Matuleniene, originally from Lithuania. This means that I can speak 3 languages - English, Lithuanian and Russian. Being trilingual gives me the opportunity to value and understand children and families, that have similar backgrounds, to a greater level. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Science (Biology) and taught biology in secondary schools in Lithuania for 10 years. After being awarded QTS in the UK I spent nearly two decades teaching in Primary schools in London.I have worked at Alexander McLeod since 2016, where I am currently a cover supervisor, allowing me to teach across all year groups. I am very passionate about maths and science and especially enjoy when students also take interest in these subjects. Seeing children making progress, even if it is only small steps at a time, is something that I really admire. I believe that everything is possible if you work hard and persevere to reach your goals. -
