Performance Tables
At Alexander McLeod Primary School we work hard to ensure that all learners make excellent progress and reach their goals. We want to ensure that we are preparing children for the next stage of their learning and that they are meeting the National Curriculum expectations.
Throughout the academic year, we use assessment to carefully consider what each child has achieved and to identify any gaps in their learning. Through regular formative assessment, teachers are able to identify learning needs which are addressed through precision teaching and specific interventions. We also use end of term summative assessments to measure progress.
The tables below outline the attainment of children at the end of Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 for the academic year 2023 - 2024.
